Our cottage is situated around two miles from the coastal village of Coldingham, in the Scottish Borders.

The cottage sleeps four people with one double bedroom and a twin bedroom.

There is a large kitchen with integrated dishwasher, a washing machine, fridge with icebox and an electric oven with touch control hob and extractor. There is a large supply of utensils, crookery and glassware.

The livingroom is spacious with a leather suite and 28" TV with DVD player and Freeview.

The bathroom is modern with a shower over bath.

All linen, electricty and oil is inclusive. The cottage is very cosy with oil central heating.

Outside there is a large drive, patio area and large garden.

We are happy to accept well behaved pets.

All weekly bookings are from Saturday to Saturday with an entry time of after 4pm and exit time prior to 10am. Short breaks are also available, please contact us for details.
