Our Cottage

Our cottage is situated around 2.5 miles from the coastal village of Coldingham, in the Scottish Borders.

The cottage is a recent barn conversion and was completed in 2009. It has high quality fixtures and fittings with a modern designer kitchen and bathroom.

It is spacious and comfortably sleeps four people with one double bedroom and a twin bedroom. A cot, highchair and other baby equipment is available on request.

The kitchen is large and boasts an integrated dishwasher, a washing machine, fridge with icebox and an electric oven with touch control hob and extractor. There is a large supply of utensils, crockery and glassware. A coffee making machine is also available.

The living room is bright and spacious with a leather suite, 28" TV, DVD player, Freeview and stereo. There is a selection of DVDs and books. Patio doors from the living room lead to the patio area and garden.

The bathroom is modern with a shower over bath.

All linen, electricity and oil are inclusive. The cottage is fully double glazed, well insulated and is very cosy with oil central heating.

Outside there is a large drive, patio area and large garden.

We are happy to accept well behaved pets.

All weekly bookings are from Saturday to Saturday with an entry time of after 4pm and exit time prior to 10am. Short breaks are also available, please contact us for details.
